Frank B. Daniel graduated from Baylor University with a double-major in Business and Journalism in 1999. After receiving his Masters in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University in 2000, he worked the next two years for P&O Nedlloyd, one of the world's largest container shipping companies. In 2004, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005. In 2003, he clerked for the Honorable Federal Bankruptcy Judge Manuel Leal and worked as a legal assistant for the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General's office. In 2004, he worked as a law clerk for the Litigation Division of the Harris County Attorney's office.
Family Background:
Mr. Daniel is the great-great-great-great grandson of Texas General Sam Houston, the grandson of Texas Governor Price Daniel, and the son of Texas Speaker of the House Price Daniel Jr.
